Portfolio: Massive Tender
Zip was invited to participate in a tender to offer buy now pay later payments services to the multi-billion dollar group - Super Retail Group (SRG), which owns brands including Ray's Outdoors / Macpac, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Rebel Sports.
Roughly one third of the tender response was technical including things like solution architecture, risk management, project management incl. scheduling. Our Chief Revenue Officer asked me to prepare the technical response covering these areas, which I did.
I then joined him and one other colleague out at SRG to pitch our tender response in-person.
Ultimately - we won the tender and integrated Zip in to all of their brands.
