Portfolio: Core Product
Early on in my time at Frollo, I was tasked with improving the B2C app's on-boarding experience.
In order to do this, I first identified the areas where drop-off was worst by digging into our analytics within MixPanel. Armed with this information, I replicated the UX of the app within InVision, and then went off and spoke to a bunch of people to hear their feedback:

I then took the key highlights and feedback from this group of people, and went about formulating a series of recommendations that I then presented back to the business:
